Terms and Conditions
1. Site Use & Booking
By using our site, you agree to provide accurate info. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email/text. We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles that pose safety risks.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change based on vehicle size and condition. Payment is due upon completion of the detailing service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee. If inclement weather prevents service, we will reschedule at our earliest mutual convenience.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Remove all personal items and valuables before service.
- Provide a safe, legal workspace with adequate access to the vehicle.
- Ensure the vehicle is in a condition that allows for the selected service.
- Boca Diamond Shine is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
5. Satisfaction & Liability
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect the vehicle upon completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts sitting in Palm Beach County.
